说明：这是一种干密封螺纹;是用于输送燃油的国内锥管螺纹，既可用于外螺纹端接头，也可用于内螺纹端接头。NPTF外螺纹可与NPTF、NPSF或NPSM内螺纹配合。NPTF管接头与BSPT管接头类似但不可互相换，大多数尺寸螺纹的螺距不同併且牙型角是60°，而BSPT螺纹的牙型角是55°。

Description: This is a dry sealed screw thread. It is a domestic taper pipe thread for conveying fuel. It can be used for both external thread ends and internal thread ends. NPTF outside thread can be matched with NPTF, NPSF or NPSM internal thread. The NPTF couplings are similar to the BSPT couplings but cannot be exchanged with each other. The pitch of most sizes is different, and the angle of the tooth shape is 60 degrees, while the tooth angle of the BSPT thread is 55 degrees.

This type of pipe joint is usually called the JIC pipe joint. JIC external thread is straight line, only with JIC internal thread, JIC external thread is straight thread, and has 37 degrees cone seat surface, JIC internal thread is straight thread, and has 37 degrees cone seat surface. Soft copper tubing is usually made of this joint because the material is easily machined to 45 degrees. This pipe joint is suitable for low pressure applications - for example, fuel lines and refrigeration lines. SAE 45 degrees taper angle external thread can only match with SAE 45 degree cone angle thread. The SAE outer thread is straight thread and has a 45 degree cone base. The SAE internal thread is also straight thread, and has 45 degrees cone seat surface. The seal is formed at the 45 degree cone seat. Threads of certain sizes are the same as those of SEA 37 degrees taper angle threads. The cone angles should be carefully measured for the line.

4、O形圈端面密封外螺纹接头

4, O ring end face seal, outer thread joint

说明：O形圈端密封外螺纹只能和O形圈端面密封内螺纹配合，外螺纹是直螺纹带O形圈;内螺纹是直螺纹带密封端面，外螺纹在O形圈处密封，而内螺纹在密封端面处密封。
