焊接式管接头
Welded pipe joint
焊接式直通管接头,主要由接头体 4、螺母2和接管 l组成,在接头体和接管之间用o形密封圈 3密封。当接头体拧入机体时,采用金属垫圈或组合垫圈 5实现端面密封。接管与管路系统中的钢管用焊接连接。焊接式管接头连接牢固、密封可靠,缺点是装配时需焊接,因而必须采用厚壁钢管,且焊接工作量大。
The welded straight through pipe joint is mainly composed of a joint body 4, a nut 2 and a nozzle L, and is sealed by a o sealing ring 3 between the joint body and the nozzle. When the joint body is screwed into the body, the metal gasket or combination washer 5 is used to realize the end face seal. The connecting pipe is welded with the steel pipe in the pipeline system. Welded joints are reliable and reliable. The disadvantage is that they need to be welded during assembly. Therefore, thick walled steel pipes must be used and the welding work is heavy.

The jacket type pipe joint structure. The pipe joint mainly comprises a joint body 4 with a 24 degree cone hole, a clamping sleeve 2 with sharp inner edges, and a pressing nut 3 and three components which compress tightly. When the screw nut is 3, the jacket 2 is pushed forward to the 24 - degree cone hole and then deforms, forming a spherical contact seal with the conical surface of the joint body; at the same time, the inner edge of the jacket is embedded in the outer wall of the tubing L, and the outer wall is pressed out of a circular groove to play a reliable sealing effect. The jacket type pipe joint has the advantages of simple structure, good performance, light quality, small volume, convenient use, no welding, strict axial size requirements, good anti vibration performance and working pressure of up to 31.5MPa. It is an ideal pipe connector in hydraulic system.

扩口式管接头

扩口式管接头结构。这种管接头有A型和B型两种结构形式:A型由具有74°外锥面的管接头体1、起压紧作用的螺母2和带有60°内锥孔的管套 3组成;B型由具有90°外锥的接头体l和带有90°内锥孔的螺母2组成。将已冲成喇叭口的管子置于接头体的外锥面和管套(或B型螺母)的内锥孔之间,旋 紧螺母使管子的喇叭口受压,挤贴于接头体外锥面和管套(或B型的螺母)内锥孔所产生的间隙中,从而起到密封作用。扩口式管接头结构简单、性能良好、加工和 使用方便,适用于以油、气为介质的中、低压管路系统,其工作压力取决于管材的许用压力,一般为3.5MPa~16MPa。
Extender type pipe joint structure. The joint has two forms of A and B: the A type consists of a pipe joint body with a 74 degree outer cone, a tightening nut 2 and a sleeve 3 with a 60 degree inner cone; the B is composed of a joint body with a 90 degree outer cone and a nut 2 with a 90 degree conical hole. The tube which has been flared into a bell mouth is placed between the outer cone of the joint body and the inner cone hole of the pipe sleeve (or B type nut). The tightening nut makes the tube's bell mouthpiece pressure to be pressed and squeezed in the gap produced by the inner cone hole of the joint external cone and the tube (or B type nut), so as to play a close sealing effect. The extension type pipe joint is simple in structure, good in performance and convenient in processing and use. It is suitable for medium and low pressure pipeline systems with oil and gas as medium. The working pressure depends on the allowable pressure of the pipe, which is generally 3.5MPa to 16MPa.

Hose Assembly
钢丝编织和钢丝缠绕胶管总成包括胶管和接头,有A,B,C,D,E,J,…型,其中A、B、C为标准型。A型用于与焊接式管接头连接,B型用于与卡套式管接头连接,C型用于与扩口式管接头连接。图6.5所示是A、B型扣压式胶管总成。扣压式胶管接头主要由接头外套和接头芯组成。接头外套的内壁有环形切槽,接头芯的外壁呈圆柱形,上有径向切槽。当剥去胶管的外胶层,将其套入接头芯时,拧紧接头外套并在专用设备上扣压,以紧密连接。

When the outer layer of the rubber hose is stripped into the joint core, tighten the outer sleeve and fasten it on the special equipment for tight connection.

快速接头
Fast joint
快速接头是一种不需要使用工具就能够实现管路迅速连通或断开的接头。快速接头有两种结构形式:两端开闭式和两端开放式。如图6.6所示为两端开闭式快速接头 的结构图。接头体2、10的内腔各有一个单向阀阀芯4,当两个接头体分离时,单向阀阀芯由弹簧3推动,使阀芯紧压在接头体的锥形孔上,关闭两端通路,使介 质不能流出。当两个接头体连接时,两个单向阀阀芯前端的顶杆相碰,迫使阀芯后退并压缩弹簧,使通路打开。两个接头体之间的连接,是利用接头体2上的6个(或8个)钢球落在接头体10上的V形槽内而实现的。工作时,钢珠由外套6压住而无法退出,外套由弹簧7顶住,保持在右端位置。
Quick connector is a kind of connector which can quickly connect or disconnect the pipeline without using tools. There are two forms of quick connector: open and closed ends and open ends. As shown in Fig. 6.6, the structure diagram of the two ends open and close quick joint is shown. The inner cavity of the joint body 2 and 10 has a one-way valve spool 4 each. When the two joint bodies are separated, the core of the one-way valve is driven by the spring 3, so that the valve core is pressed on the conical hole of the joint body and closes the channels at both ends so that the medium can not be efflux. When the two joint bodies are connected, the top rods of the front ends of the two one-way valve cores collide, forcing the spool to retreat and compress the spring, so that the paths are opened. The connection between the two joint bodies is realized by using 6 (or 8) steel balls on the joint body 2 to fall into the V groove on the joint body 10. When working, the steel ball is pressed by the outer sleeve 6 and can not be withdrawn. The outer cover is held by the spring 7, and is maintained at the right end position.
