A hydraulic pump can be mounted with a support or flange. The pump and prime mover shall be supported by a common base, and the flanges and foundations shall be of sufficient rigidity. Special attention: flow greater than (or equal to) 160L/min plunger pump, should not be installed on the tank.

② 液压泵和原动机输出轴间应采用弹性联轴器连接，严禁在液压泵轴上安装带轮或齿轮驱动液压泵，若一定要用带轮或齿轮与泵连接，则应加一对支座来安装带轮或齿轮，该支座与泵轴的同轴度误差应不大于Φ0.05mm。

The hydraulic pump and motor output shaft should adopt flexible coupling connection, is installed in the hydraulic pump shaft driven hydraulic pump pulley or the gear, if must use belt wheel or gear is connected with the pump should be a support to install pulley or the gear, bearing and shaft coaxial error should be no more than 0.05mm.

③ 吸油管要尽量短、直、大、厚，吸油管路一般需设置公称流量不小于泵流量2倍的粗过滤器 (过滤精度一般为80～180μm)。液压泵的泄油管应直接接油箱，回油背压应不大于0.05MPa。油泵的吸油管口、回油管口均需在油箱最低油面200mm以下。特别注意在柱塞泵吸油管道上不允许安装滤油器，吸油管道上的截止阀通径应比吸油管道通径大一挡，吸油管道长L<2500mm，管道弯头不多于两个。

The oil absorption pipe should be as short as possible, straight, big and thick, and the oil absorption pipeline needs to be equipped with a coarse filter whose nominal flow rate is no less than 2 times of the pump flow rate (the filtration accuracy is generally 80~180 m). The drain line of the hydraulic pump shall be connected to the tank directly, and the back pressure shall be no more than 0.05MPa. The suction nozzle and return line of the oil pump shall be below the minimum oil level 200mm of the tank. Special attention in the plunger pump suction pipe is not allowed to install oil filters, oil suction pipe on the cut-off valve diameter should be larger than the suction pipe through a block, oil suction pipe length L<2500mm, pipe bend no more than two.

④ 液压泵进、出油口应安装牢固，密封装置要可靠，否则会产生吸入空气或漏油的现象，影响液压泵的性能。

The inlet and outlet of the hydraulic pump should be firmly installed and the sealing device should be reliable. Otherwise, it will cause the inhalation of air or oil leakage, which will affect the performance of the hydraulic pump.

⑤ 液压泵自吸高度不超过500mm (或进口真空度不超过0.03MPa)，若采用补油泵供油，供油压力不得超过0.5MPa，当供油压力超过0.5MPa时，要改用耐压密封圈。对于柱塞泵，应尽量采用倒灌自吸方式。

Hydraulic pump self-priming height is not more than 500mm (or import vacuum is not more than 0.03MPa), if the use of supplementary oil pump, the fuel supply pressure shall not exceed 0.5MPa, when the supply pressure exceeds 0.5MPa, to use the pressure seal ring. For the plunger pump, we should try to use the method of backward suction.

⑥ 液压泵装机前应检查安装孔的深度是否大于泵的轴伸长度，防止产生顶轴现象，否则将烧毁泵。

The hydraulic pump installed before installation should check the depth of the hole is greater than the pump shaft length, prevent jacking phenomenon, otherwise will burn the pump.
