| 高压胶管接头安装事项： Installation of high pressure rubber hose joint: （1）胶管在移动或静止中，均不能过度弯曲，也不能在根部弯曲，至少要在其直径的1.5倍处开始弯曲； (1) the rubber tube shall not be over bent or bent at the root when it is moving or still, at least at 1.5 times of its diameter; （2）胶管移动到极端位置时不得拉得太紧，应比较松弛； (2) when the rubber hose moves to the extreme position, it shall not be pulled too tightly, and it shall be relatively loose; （3）尽量避免胶管的扭转变形； (3) try to avoid the torsional deformation of the hose; （4）胶管尽可能远离热辐射构件，必要时装隔热板； (4) the rubber tube shall be as far away from the thermal radiation components as possible, and the heat insulation board shall be installed when necessary; （5）应避免胶管外部损伤，如使用中同构件表面的长期摩擦等； (5) the external damage of the rubber tube shall be avoided, such as long-term friction on the surface of the same component in use, etc; （6）若胶管自重引起过分变形时，应有支托件。 (6) if the self weight of the hose causes excessive deformation, there should be supporting parts. |
